Duće, a small seaside resort in the heart of Dalmacija, is situated between the towns of Split and Makarska.

It is famous for its 4-kilometre-long sandy beach, where you can enjoy lying in the sun or sitting in the shade of its pine and tamarisk trees.

"EMMA" guest house is only a 4-minute walk (less than a minute by car) from the beach, at the place where you can enjoy peacefully after the beach fun.

Visit the nearby towns of Omis and Split and enjoy the best these beautiful seaside towns have to offer in culture and entertainment. Omis, an ancient town and port from which pirates once used to sail, is situated at the mouth of the river Cetina. Only a few kilometres upstream is a holiday resort called "Radmanove mlinice" (Radman's Mills), where you can enjoy the beauty of intact riverside nature. Those who look for a taste adventure can go rafting down the Cetina Canyon (trips organized throughout summer). Further upstream canoeing i canyoning are also on offer (depending on interest, get in touch for organisation and reservation).

Active holidays are supported by tenis courts, fantastic conditions for windsurf and other water sports.

Sandy beaches accessed by car!

One-day boat trips to the off-shore islands (“fish-picnics”) are organized throughout summer. Also, visits to Medjugorje Sanktuary, a mayor centre of pilgrimage, are organized on a regular basis.

Numerous restaurants and taverns offer traditional Dalmatian specialties. A visit to the ancient town of Split (20 km to the west) and its 1700-year-old palace of Roman emperor Diocletian is a must.
